Please check the calendar for availability before filling out the Ride Scheduling Form. The time entered on the form should be the time of the appointment- I will calculate travel time and plan to arrive 15 min before scheduled appointments. Please consider travel time when scheduling- leave at least a half hour buffer, so if I am booked up until 10:00 am plan on 10:30 as the earliest appointment time. For recurring appointments please check future dates as well.  Recurring appointments can be scheduled out 3 months at a time and then will require resubmitting the Ride Scheduling Form.
